Multiple contractors bid on this job; What set Schwander-Hutchinson apart was including details of material quality along with a very competitive quote. Another contractor reserved the better materials as bargaining points to win the contract at a higher cost. Schwander-Hutchinson had the best materials at the best price from shingles to flashing to vents. The workers arrived quickly and seemed very well organized and highly experienced. Great experience with this company! I had them fix a problem I had with another roofer and they did a great job! The workers were courteous and cleaned up well (much better than the previous roofer) and they fixed the leaking issues caused by the shotty work performed by the previous roofer. I was very happy with the experience I had with this company!
