Another contractor reserved the better materials as bargaining points to win the contract at a higher cost. Schwander-Hutchinson had the best materials at the best price from shingles to flashing to vents. The workers arrived quickly and seemed very well organized and highly experienced. The foreman was available at all times to answer questions. Debris and packaging was never left on the project so the impact yard plants, trees, pets was minimal. As for the Fortified Grant process and documentation, Schwander-Hutchinson took care of all details allowing for a very painless inspection. Roof looks amazing.
