Inconsistent service. They have very experienced nail techs but repeatedly stick you with the inexperienced ones. I got my nails done by one of the inexperienced ones 2 days ago and I already have 5 chipped nails. I haven’t done anything strenuous. Same service was done 2 weeks ago by their experienced tech and my nails were beautiful up until I went back and the hack job was done.
Service was good. The manicure (full set) was awful. Thick rushed just not polished. I've had MUCH better full sets than this, much better. So disappointed. I paid for this mess. Will not ever go back.
Nope, nope, and did I say NOPE?! Unorganized, slowwwwww, and they are in no rush. I gave them a try twice and both times the same thing. Someone on "vacation." or whatever excfor the ling wait time. Still, those there are in no rush at all.
