woke up very sick and needed an URGENT appointment, everywhere near me was booked up besides here so naturally i had to make an appointment here and i'm glad i did. as soon as i walked in the woman at the front desk was very very kind and gave me helpful directions as to where i needed to go. i saw dr. davis and he was SUPER friendly and personable. he assessed my symptoms quickly and tested me accordingly. 10/10 recommended
I called a few minutes ago to inquire about my upcoming appointment. I am very happy with the excellent, friendly, professional and very helpful service I got from Donnie. Her customer assistance skills has made my day and a reason why my husband and I love Ochsner hospital.
Everyone was so nice! I scheduled my appointment without knowing by the time it rolled around I’d basically be having a mental breakdown. But everyone was really nice and helpful! Special shout-out to Dr Yoo!
