Ruined a silk piece of mine and EXTREMELY RUDE for absolutely no reason. I NEVER argued with them or anything but gave me so much attitude, I didn’t even try to talk to them about them ruining my silk piece and still got treated like crap, FOR WHAT?

*So this was a 4.5 star experience but I'd rather round up than down :) It looks like it's been six years (wth) since the last review so I'd like to let everyone know I have officially found my new neighborhood cleaner! I am so damn happy with the way all of my clothing came back. It was not only done in a timely manner with a two-day turnaround, but everything was spot on! This neighborhood cleaner is adjacent to French Truck in a white building so you can easily get your coffee and errands done in a jiffy. The pricing here was PHE-NOM-EN-AL. I'm seriously mad at myself how much I was spending at a different location uptown. The staff and everyone here was super friendly and my delicate/dry-clean only items all came back in amazing condition. They even removed some deodorant marks from a silk shirt at no extra cost.

Was very excited to drop off clothes to this cleaners right by my house - however none of the stains (a few sweat discolorations and moisture on a silk skirt) were removed. Not even from a cheaper puffy jacket which should have been the easiest. Additionally they returned my silk skirt with two holes in it and a larger stain so it’s essentially ruined. The owner was very unprofessional towards me when I showed him the damage even after showing pictures of how I dropped it off. Will never go here again, do not recommend
