Thai massage has helped me a great deal with changes in my body. It is similar to assisted stretch, but more enduring and timeless. Sandra is amazing. She knows her stuff, has a lot of training and experience. She keeps a clean and quiet space which is always welcoming. The price may startle you, but the service is very worth it; if you are in need of real body work and not the $70 untrained rubdown that is so common in Nola.

Sandra was able to fit me in last minute and gave me an awesome time massage which totally adjusted the tightness in my hips and feet that has been bothering me and made me feel reconnected to my body and the earth! Thank you! I also appreciate the reminder that white people in this city feel comfortable disclosing their bigotry to other white people fairly routinely. Just a note for Sandra: white women are the biggest consumers of welfare and foodstamps (including my own mother). No women of any skin color are encouraged by the government to bear children for $250/month welfare benefits.
