My specialties are deep tissue, integrative Thai Yoga, continuously deepening my studies of Orthopedic, sports therapy, and myofascial. I love giving prenatal massage and enjoy traditional Thai Massage and Reflexology. Our practice is growing and we love our new location on Magazine Street. Same day appointments are sometimes available, but it’s usually best to book at least a week in advance. We focus on massage as self-care and stress reduction and emphasize the importance of regular massage in conjunction with exercise and nutrition for a healthy and balanced life.
