New Orleans Aesthetics offers a lovely and clean office environment with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. The doctors, including Dr. Al Dujaili and Dr. Zeena, provide exceptional care, answering all questions and addressing concerns with a warm and welcoming bedside manner. Patients praise the efficient and effective treatments, feeling confident in their care plans and happy to recommend the practice to others.
This was my first time visiting a dermatologist and it was a great experience. She took her time to analyze my skin and come up with a plan that worked for me. We discussed all of my questions and concerns and everything was explained to me. Staff is very friendly and made me feel comfortable.
Dr. Zeena and her staff ROCK! 10/10 Would recommend. She takes time to listen, asks for clarification when needed, is upfront what is a realistic expectation and what is not, and has always included my goals in each treatment plan.
Dr. Zeena does a great job and I can see the results over time. I have little to no bruising and look better after Botox and fillers without it being to obviously I have had these treatments. Subtle differences that I feel make me look younger.
