“The NOW is amazing! The atmosphere and ambience will have you feeling relaxed and ready to be pampered. I received the Stretch massage for 80 minutes and added on cupping. This was my first experience with this massage and the cups but my massage therapist did a great job (I can't remember her name but she was awesome!) When I left, I felt relaxed and ready to conquer the week ahead. I highly recommend The NOW and they are well priced so it's affordable to pamper yourself for those self care days. I will definitely be back soon!“

“I have been going to Wednesday yoga with Donisha Dunn for about a year now. I love it so much! It is a challenging class that works on strength and balance, and also works on spirituality. Each class begins with a teaching from the Yoga Sutra. Donisha's calm and soothing voice always gets me in the perfect head space for the practice. The place has such good energy. “Raymond Harris is a wonderful, professional masseuse. He came to my house and helped me with a sports injury. He charged $120 an hour which was about standard for massages in Nola at the time. Great experience, 10/10, would recommend.
