I would give them 5 stars but the seamstress is the worst seamstress I have ever interacted with. I’ve tried to use her 4 times and she never understands or does the job correctly. Otherwise, Liberty is fantastic for every other cleaning need!Services: Alterations

I simply cannot understand the numerous comments about rude service. Liberto's on Prytania has always treated me cordially and professionally. Their work is excellent and they are conscientious and timely. If you do not like their pricing or hours go someplace else and don't whine.

So far so good. Read the reviews... everyone agreed the quality is great so I took a suit in. The service was great. Super nice and friendly. Since pricing was the only issue in the other comments I asked in advance and got a quote. Doesn't seem too expensive. So far I'm pleased. I'll let you know when I pick it up. O and they'll text me when it's ready if it's ready sooner than quoted. Took my preferences for clothes ... like starch and such...for future cleaning. So picked up the suit. Cost seemed reasonable. Only thing of note... I also took in a dress shirt. It will take 4 days. Seems long but this is the first impression.
