I travel a lot, trains, planes and automobiles... and I stand up a lot for work as well. 12,000 steps / day pretty much! For me, self-care is vital. So, I decided to call for a mobile massage in my home. I have a few injuries that need on-going care so I can feel at my best in my travels and meetings. I fell upon Laurie's website. I am extremely picky with the massage therapists I meet along my journeys, some of them not even spending 10mn on my areas of concern, because all they know is their routine. I could feel that Laurie's massage was carefully crafted and customized to my needs. She went above and beyond with wonderful insights. She was intuitive, compassionate, and understanding of my stress level, and immediately knew what she needed to do so I could prepare for a long week ahead. Her massage therapy session was top notch, with high quality essential oils to soothe my mind and body. I could feel that her hands were somehow guided to my areas of concerns. Angelic experience! As my niece said after her massage therapy with her, "Laurie has God hands." I've had massages & treatments @ some of the world's best places but no one does therapeutic massage like her. Laurie truly has a gift. She will realign your body and calm your lymphatic system thru touch and light manipulation. I could write ten thousand words but you need just to go once to experience it. Laurie has a sweet and caring disposition. This is a MUST DO if you're a resident or even a visitor to New Orleans.

Definitely worth while, she took her time to listen and respond to my individual body and formatted a massage that was unique to me. I am 10 weeks pregnant and felt very comfortable with receiving this massage, it definitely was minimally intrusive. Although the massage was very gentle, the result was almost as if I had gotten a deep tissue massage done. Thank you Ms Laurie
