I called to make an appointment with an agent for pre-planning arrangements. I was greeted on arrival with courtesy, respect and very knowledgeable personnel. Cynthia D. and Matt went above and beyond to make sure I understood and got exactly what I wanted. Thank you for making it a pleasant and compassionate experience.
From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted, we talked to several staff members who went beyond the call of duty. They were very friendly, polite and helpful. I would recommend giving them a call first, you’ll never know until you do.
My husband passed away in early March of this year. The Internment was held towards the end of the month. Over the next couple of months following the Internment, I worked primarily with Claire, Leslie and Norm. All were terrific! Going through such a difficult time, they made everything much easier. I will be forever grateful!
