Unfortunately have to say this current experience wasn't as satisfying as my first. Personally felt the nail tech who assisted knew she wasn't capable of my requested design but attempted anyway. Which led to an outcome of a one-coated red transparent decor base. Air bubbles, slanted & widened tips and completely unpainted corners. In my opinion, simpler styles are recommended best for accuracy!

Soon as I got the nails and I looked at them and noticed the nails are going up going up they didn't even bother to push them down them the nails was crooked and the nails looked horrible the color was coming off soon as I walked out the door I will never come back

I went to this establishment on Saturday. I normally would go to my regular salon in Kenner but however I was in a rush and it was close by. This was my second visit here and each time I've had the same problem! After two days my gel polish started to fade and chip and pieces of two of my nails have broken off. Due to working a 9-5 and getting my kids off the school bus I didn't have time to stop in during the week to address my issue. I did leave work a little earlier today to speak with someone and explained how I would have loved to come sooner. However I was told I would have to pay full price to get my nails fixed and I should have came within 2 days. First off it's an inconvenience to me that I even had to return at all and I'm being told to pay full price! I'm only giving a 2 star because the interior of the salon was spacious and modern. I didn't like how during my visit as the tech did my nails two other techs stood over her going back and forth laughing. When one noticed I wasn't too happy about it and she responded sorry she's training me. (Didn't look like that to me!) The tech who was servicing me had a positive attitude until I pointed out to her that I wasn't happy with how she was shaping my nails. After that I saw a big change in her attitude! I would not be visiting again!
