Great staff, very helpful. I walked in with a messed up part and they told me what I needed, what I'd be reusing and how it fit together. If you're used to walking I to a small town hardware store and having them put you on the right repair path, this place is for you.

Very helpful and knowledgeable with a good inventory. Let me say I'm not a plumber but my job requires me to do plumbing from time to time. Half the time I'm not sure what I'm asking them for or just walk in and dropped on there counter but thanks to them there's no project I have not completed. You are not going to get that kind of help or knowledge from a big box store.

More than just a "standard shop" this place is a throwback to the way old plumbing supply houses used to be in New Orleans before there were bug box stores. I have an old house with an old water line that must be repaired. The price for 50 feet of 3/4 inch copper, plus fittings, plus pipe wrap, was cheaper than all the other stores around -- and they do free delivery, which sealed the deal for me. The guy even helped me conceptualize how one fitting in particular would work -- because he was knowledgeable about plumbing -- unlike the clerks at the big box stores, who act like they could care less about what you need.
