Marco was scheduled to arrive at 10 AM on our inspection day and he arrived early, prepared and ready to go! He conducted a very thorough real estate house inspection for my client (buyer) spending 3 hours in, under and on top of the house! (Not really on top of the house but in the attic!). The inspection report was very thorough and was emailed to me within 3 days. I highly recommend Marco for all of your home inspection needs.
The inspection was extremely thorough. The inspector was on time, inspected all aspects of the condo, checked all components, was able to detect new water issues versus older damage. He identified and found quite a few issues saving us possible big headaches and great expense in repairs. Highly recommend!
Marco is the most thorough home inspector. This is the second home we are using him for and HIGHLY recommend him. His inspection report was helpful to us in knowing what needed immediate attention in the home we were purchasing as well as items that were "at risk" over the coming years and may need attention. The pictures that he attaches to the report show the detail on what he is describing including pictures in the attic, drone footage of the roof and pictures within the crawl space under the home. We have owned the first home he inspected for over a year and we still reference his report frequently to identify our next improvements to tackle.
