Even before my booking she provided me with tons of information about the product and was very quick with her response despite it being deep Mardi Gras season.She really has a passion for hair and her customer service and professionalism went above and beyond what I expected. She specializes in color and hair extensions and understands the damage that goes alongside the above treatments.On the day of my booking she was prompt and efficient and upfront with pricing. I have thin curly hair that immediately frizzes with a touch of humidity (not ideal living in New Orleans) and after K18 my hair was radiant and voluminous. My sew-in had grown out significantly, especially in the back, and my hair was blonde with brown roots. It was showing really bad, so I called Amber Nicole hair, and she let me know that I could come in the following day in the morning because I did call late right before closing, and she got me together. She figured it out and got me together quickly, and I was able to go to the next state before going home. “Ok, so whenever I'm out of town I try to have as many local experiences as possible, and ain't nothing more local than getting your hair done. I know, chancey for sure because you don't know the stylists and they don't know you, but I took a leap on faith that Black women, no matter where you are, gonna lay that hair. I had to pick from a selection of stylists, which wasn't too hard since everyone had impeccable skill from their photos. I booked online which was super seamless. I think the most challenging part was articulating what I wanted done (which I think was also challenging for my stylist). However, in the end, she gave me exactly what I wanted and I feel super cute for the remainder of my NOLA trip.
