I had a very rude office manager hang up in my face. I would like to talk to Tim the owner. I was calm but this young lady was very rude and not kind. I was told since I got a machine clean and treated that I get a free spot clean and 6 month check. Jennifer said that was wrong and the person who told me that is no longer there. She was very impatient and and did not even apologize for the miscommunication. I asked her if she was having a bad day she then went off. And hung up and said good luck in talking to Tim.
