Looking for a great cut in New Orleans? Look no further. I travel full time for work, so I'm always seeking out a new barber, and was lucky to get an appointment with Sam at Factotum. I showed him a few pictures of what I wanted, and he listened and executed it perfectly. He's also a really funny guy, and the shop has a great atmosphere. They recently renovated it, and put in a really beautiful tile floor. It's a bit off the beaten path if you're a visitor like me, but well worth the trip!

The barbers here are very good! Jason and Sam cut my hair, and I never leave disappointed. I was going to other places in the city, but most of the time, those barber shops were not getting my fades and lines correct, and I was just accepting the fact that I was not going to find a barber I would like?... However, after living in New Orleans for about 6 months, I came across Factotum and really enjoyed my experiences here, as well as, the haircuts. Jason is really nice and will make you feel welcomed, actually all the staff will. They do offer hot towels and drinks at times, and it just adds to the experience. The service here is great and I recommend checking this place out!

I came here on a recommendation from a friend, and was so happy to meet Sam! The shop has the old school barber feel I look for, and the barbers have the experience to back it up. The owner is very friendly and has made a great addition to the piety street local scene. Most importantly I always leave feeling confident and happy about my cut. Thanks y’all!Service: Haircut
