So, I was in town on vacation and I have been needing a drastic change on my hair. I have had the same hair ( natural curly brown ) for more then 2 decades, mostly worry of how chemicals will react to my virgin hair. I have never professionally had it colored, so after Reviewing countless places.. Empress MI stood out to me. I kept going back and fourth. Then I dialed their #, to check if they had any available appts and they did for a later time ! Natalie is Amazing !!!!! She is very patient, great personality, knows what she is doing and she gave me the big color change, I have been yearning but to scared to take the leap. So extremely happy with the out come. I keep starting at myself lol. Hubby didn’t know of the change, and well he was surprised and loves it as well.. win=win 😎... Go see Natalie for keratin treatment/color change, I’m sure she knows it all. Great experience, and highly recommend.

This was one of the more professional shops I have received service from. The stylist Natalie 's customer service and professionalism surpassed my expectations. As a single father who has a daughter and can become lost at times on what to do with my daughter's hair I feel like a huge weight was lifted of my shoulders. I would recommend this shop to everyone!
