Palace Cafe was the first restaurant I dined at in NOLA, so you guys really set the standard for cuisine down here for me! I fell in love with the crabmeat cheesecake, omg! The andouille crusted fish was amazing as well! I want to come back before I leave NOLA haha

Palace Cafe was awesome! Delicious food, great drinks, and service was outstanding. Kathleen was a difference maker (friendly, engaging and treated us very well). We had a great evening!

The food was good, as it usually is, but the overall experience was not up to par for a restaurant of this caliber. First, it was very warm in our part of the restaurant. We were closer to the window, so maybe it had to do with the outdoor heat. We mentioned it to our waitress and she said she would look into it. She never got back to us on the heat and did not offer to move us to a cooler table further back in the restaurant. In addition, while she was very polite, she was not enthusiastic or personable.
