I booked an appointment with Alissa about a week in advance and she was aware that I was getting my hair done as a birthday gift from my sister. She texted me less than 6 hours before my appointment time to cancel with no explanation, and when I asked when she might be able to reschedule, she said she was sorry but was "not sure" she could do it. I let her know that I completely understood if a family or personal matter had come up, but that I would appreciate any further explanation she was comfortable giving me. This place is amazing. Do yourself a favor and get a color appointment with Alissa. She is a hairstylist, colorist and flat out chemist. Unbelievable results exactly what I wanted THANK U ALISSA!!

I got my light brown hair dyed black and throughly I couldn't go back. I made an appointment with Alissa and she did the best job! I wanted to go back to my normal color and the dye look is spot on to what it was before, maybe even better. If you also have quarantine hair mistakes please don't feel like it's permanent, just go in and ask for Alissa!
