Had a difficult project. My tank hot water heater was installed (shoe horned) into a small area next to the AC/Furnace. There was no room to get to the hot water heater without getting into a pretzel position. I decided to change the tank heater to a tankless and move it in the attic to give more room to service both the AC and hot water units. It wasn't easy to get in there, pull the old unit and then redo all the piping and gas line. Dave did a great job and now the attic has room to move around better. The tankless heater is wonderful. Called Friday afternoon and got appointment for Monday afternoon - pretty incredible considering all the damage from Hurricane IDA. Clem actually performed my service and called me and said he could come earlier if I would be home. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable! I have not been impressed with plumbers in the New Orleans/Metairie area until now. I definitely recommend this company if you are in need of a quality plumber!
