I never used this business before because their unprofessional. I called at 9am to speak with a stylist. i guess the guy that answered the phone was a Barber so he asked me to call back and no one answered the phone.... Rude

Okay so I have been here twice and each appointment has taken over three hours. My last appointment two days ago took 3 1/2 and I left there with so much anxiety, I needed a drink and a Xanax because I had some place to be and was super late and pissed off and didn't want to ruin everyone's night because mine was pretty shot. My first trip the color ended up perfect. I LOVED it and got many compliments. So, the three hours was somewhat worth it because the color was wrong first time and had to be done again. She got upset with me and flatly stated, I needed to make up my mind because she had other customers. That made me uneasy and made me feel as if my being there was the most annoying part of her day. Color was complete and two tracks of extensions were sewn in. I'm new to this so I wasn't really sure how long this sort of thing took but still felt like 3 hours was too long. Second trip, I know I want the same exact color and I didn't get it. I'm not happy with it at all; however, I didn't have another hour or more to add to my already highly excessive visit so I'm going to suffer through it and get my color out of a box next time. She swears this is the same color. Trust me it is NOT!! My boyfriend appeases me and says it still looks good but at this point his opinion on the matter is moot because I'm highly pissed off and want to kill someone because I just paid $140 with tip for a color I do not want and a loss of 3 1/2 hours I do not have. Needless to say, I will have to find a new place. They are nice enough in here and I'm sorry I cannot give it another try but unfortunately, this place is clearly not for me. I can't get my color right and I just don't have to the time for an appointment that should last no longer than 1 and maybe 45 minutes. A color and three tracks of extensions.... The time I actually spent being "worked" on was maybe an hour and 10 minutes. Seriously?!?!?? I waited 2 1/2 hours?!?! With all the being said, if you love being at the salon and have a boat load of extra time, go for it! I just don't.
