Excellent company that is reliable. The staff are respectful and extremely professional. A part was needed that was shipped to the wrong warehouse and they went out of their way for our family to have AC sokner than later in the summer of ***********.
Brandon and Rob from Calloway installed a new HVAC system in our apartment today. They were extremely professional and courteous. They were communicative about when they were coming and left zero trace of their having been in the apartment besides the presence of our new unit. They even found a key I dropped in the back yard this morning. I would definitely hire C and S (and these two gentlemen specifically) for any related installation or repair jobs. Thank you gentlemen!
Absolutely 100% pleased with Calloway & Sons! After we scheduled the appointment time, they kept me apprised of the status, and when Ryan was on his way, I received a text, email and a telephone call letting me know the status. He arrived, and he was both friendly and professional. He examined and tested the system and then cured the problem; all while letting me know exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. I recommend you without reservation.
