As a consumer I love bluemercury and the products they carry but this location is in a sad condition with evident management issues. I scheduled a makeup application with lashes a week before NYE. I was reassured that my appointment wouldn’t be more than 45mins. When I arrived I immediately noticed the store was under staffed with only 2 consultants working the floor (on any weekend that would seem like not enough but especially not enough on a holiday). As the lady doing my makeup began another makeup appt walked in. Now both consultants are doing makeup and only mine was required to stop & check out/ help the flocks of customers coming in. I love the curated selections here. The skincare especially. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the environment is very welcoming. I've visited many Blue Mercury stores and this one is my first choice always.

A great place to enjoy a relaxing facial. I was not puffy or red afterwards like after leaving more aggressive hands. Good place for skin care maintenance, especially for the more dermatologically sensitive.
