Magazine St is my favorite Banfield location. The vet and the staff are so nice, throughly explain the procedures and happily answer questions. They keep me and my little Pom Pom smiling!

I had two issues...the first is that I got the senior Wellness package for one of my cats, and after his first visit I set up a second appointment to get his teeth cleaned, and the Dr. found a heart murmur so I could not use the dental benefit. I could not get any of my money back, change or cancel the plan. The second issue is that they kept pushing Revolution Plus on me for heartworms. I have done extensive online research and the Plus in Revolution Plus is for ticks not heartworms and they pushed it multiple times. Regular Revolution covers heartworms. I do like the place, but for said reason I will not be locked into any wellness plans.

I love this Banfield. Ms. Dee, Savanah, Amber are some of my favorite crew. They always make you feel special and I can discern they love there work. Thank y'all so much for caring for my Winchester. Blessings to y'all!
