Ball Plumbing did a great job today. They arrived on time. The crew dismantled, removed the old water heater and installed the new equipment in a short amount of time. We opened 4 hours earlier than expected. Polite, quick, clean, accurate, and professional. Awesome company!

Stephen was very professional. He seemingly knew what the issue was before he diagnosed the problem. Once diagnosed, it was exactly what he said. He explained every part of the job and showed us every problem we were experiencing. Very respectful and service
oriented young man. I would definitely request Stephen again should the need arise again.

I have been relying on Lyall Ball for all of our plumbing needs for almost 20 years now. After the recent job that he and his son Lyall Jr. did for me I just wanted to make sure that they know how much I appreciate the professionalism and quality of work they do. They just completed an under slab drain replacement on one of my rental dwellings that was about 100' of tunneling and completed the work in less than a week. Hats off to you guys for going the extra innings and getting us up and running so fast!
