If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have been a customer of Ms. Angelique since 2018 and lastly 2019. In 2019, I told Ms. Angelique that the irs never received my 2018 tax return. She assured me they did. They never received it. She was supposed to print out my 2018 and 2019 tax return for me to send in and She NEVER did. I have contacted this lady for months since 2019. The ending result is either a declined phone call, or a promise of "I'll get it done today or tomorrow." They were NEVER given.Fast forward to 2021, and now I have a potential tax levy against me for not having that information. The information that Ms. Angelique promised since 2019.... read full review
