Life saver! I was stupid and put a staple through an electrical wire which ended up being for my outdoor unit AC and Stephen and Craig were able to come out within the hour and fix the issue. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. We talked to Stephen a good bit after and he seems like a really great guy. Will 100% use them in the future for any AC or electrical needs
BREATH OF FRESH AIR is how I would describe this company. From the owner Steve to EVERY employee I came into contact with was VERY respectful and professional. I called on a Saturday morning and was immediately paired with an awesome tech Josh. He came out and truly tried to fix our 30 YEAR OLD AC!! Yes you read that correctly. Obviously it was time for a new one. Steve helped us with getting everything set in place for a new unit. Fast forward to Wednesday. I work from home and its installation day. Unfortunately, woke up to a colder than usual house this morning and quickly realized the heater wasn’t working. I called Air Kare, and I’m so glad I did. They responded immediately, arriving at my house in no time. Their communication is UNBELIEVABLE!! I got two text messages letting me know which technicians were coming to my house with photograph, bio and a link to track their technicians vehicle to my home. Their team was not only quick but incredibly knowledgeable. In less than an hour, they had my heater fixed and running smoothly.
