I called the business to see if there was still located on North Claiborne and she had a very nasty attitude on the phone she picked the phone up and she hung up then she called me back and say I hung up on her if she is in business she needs to close down because her attitude is degrading to people. Especially people paying their money or willing to pay them

The braids were loose and messy my real hair was not fully in the braids she was on the phone the whole time . The stylist refused to pay me my money back . I’m a hair braider myself and I know when and how braids are supposed to look . They were loose and hair in some areas was pulled into another braid . The stylist even tried to get me to keep those old looking braids she had just done that day in and do the front myself I will never go to another African salon again . I’m very unhappy about not getting my money and wasted my braiding hair and cab money never again
