I checked in at 1:30pm. I was called in the back at 3:30pm. The technician took my vital signs appropriately. The FNP was in to see me n about 10-15 minutes. She was very thorough with my chief complaint and my ongoing respiratory allergic issues. I received a cortisone injection for the poison oak/sumac reaction plus antibiotic for a chronic sinus infection. Also an anti itch prescription. She had sent the prescriptions to the pharmacy and by the time I was done with the injection my meds were ready at the pharmacy. I was very satisfied with the service and respect I received. We are on vacation and I got bit by an insect. They were so nice and sweet and took care of me. It didn't matter if we wasn't from Louisiana. We didn't wait long maybe 10 minutes

Is linked to the VA to provide medical care. The efficiency and knowledge of there staff and NP's
are so comforting. I received excellent care.
