I have been dealing with Mariner Finance for several years now and I've never had an issue with them. They have alway been friendly and courteous whenever I need to talk to them and the personnel are efficient in dealing with whatever issue I call about it. I highly recommend their services when you have that emergency and don't have the cash to deal with it.

My customer service experience before going into the office was excellent. Speaking with Kelsie over the phone made me feel welcomed. I apologized for not remembering the branch manager’s (supervisor’s) name, I didn’t know what to expect when walking into the office. I was greeted by her and directed to a booth to finish my process. I had questions that were answered precisely. I haven’t had a great cs experience in awhile and it was very rewarding.
