My husband was suffering with a toothache on a weekend. After an urgent care visit and an er visit nothing helped. Dr. Charpentier took time on a Saturday and seen him in her office to take care of the tooth. He wasn’t even a patient of hers. She didn’t even know us personally. She was kind but most importantly she was compassionate and determined to get him out of his misery. I am forever thankful for her. She has won us over and will be the only dentist my family and I ever see again.
