We needed to get into a storage unit and he took the extra precaution to have the Facility Management give permission for us to use a locksmith to get into the unit. I asked him to meet us at the unit and he arrived right on time. On the phone call he had explained the pricing and was very clear about the minimum cost and what would add additional costs. He even made extra keys for me while I was there!
