We needed to get into a storage unit and he took the extra precaution of having the facility management give permission for us to use a locksmith to get into the unit.
During the phone call where he was asked to meet us at the unit, he had explained the pricing very clearly about the minimum cost and what would be additional costs.
He even made extra keys while on location so we did not have to go to another hardware store.
