“I literally live across from the West Monroe location but use the location on Tower Dr because the customer service is soooo much better and the atmosphere is so much friendlier. Kelsey always takes great care of me and calls me when I forget something or something has fallen out of my pocket and Grace.. she even delivers my lotion to my job bc I forgot it. That is customer service at its finest. Love these ladies! They both deserve raises and praises!!“
