Got there at 6:45 AM for a flatbed delivery, and was empty and leaving at 7:30 AM. Very fast and professional unload. Since I got there a few minutes before they opened. I parked across the street in the harbor. Freight parking lot. Worked out great. Not sure about overnight though. I probably wouldn’t chance it.
