Called these people to service a drain leak on a system they installed and never heard back from them. I would not recommend these people. The system that they installed was too small for the square footage of the home.
I give them 5 stars! Arrived earlier than expected and showed up to finish the job like they said they would. Found the problem and fixed it...What more can you ask for. Very nice people!!!
I give them one star since they were able to come out the same week I call but they were 3 hours late from the time they said they would be here. I called for them to service my ac units. All they did was add coolant, so he says. They didn't clean or check coils, bleach drain lines, or even change filters or anything. The tech called me when he left and told me what he had done. I told him what I expected in a service call and he said he would be back the next day. It has been a week and He hasnt came back. He also had me text him my email so he could send a receipt for the $210 my wife paid him for putting in 2lbs of cooler. I don't understand how a company like this can be or stay in business.
