I’m on the monthly plan and I got charged on 7/15. Might I add, I’ve never missed a payment. 3 days later I’m charged again for 84.00. No one can explain nothing on why? I requested my money back and didn’t hear back from anyone. Don’t use this company. They used to be really good, but not anymore. I was told they got to talk to management and call me back. No call!
Update: Mgmt followed up. Changing due to the professionalism of Rebecca calling me and getting everything rectified. Thank you both for assisting.
