My name is Dorothy S. I receive excellent customer service @ the 165 North location. This lady has an award winning personality. This cleaner does excellent work and the prices are great. It would be nice if they had earlier hours of opening and closed 5:30 for the working customers

I took a brand new pair of jeans there now they are faded not fit to ware I spend over $500 a month there I talked to someone in the ElDorado area she tell’s me that they must have come from the factory like this she asked me for a receipt when I told her I bought them in Florida so she tells me sorry about that now what am I supposed to do please someone tell me..!!
