The young man who did my service was excellent. He took great care changing the color on my toes. He then had me for my gel manicure. The hand massage was delicious. I would have paid for that alone. He asked several times if I liked the color and was I satisfied how my nails looked. I don't know his name but he really cares if you are happy with the service. Good employee for sure.

It was like talking to your close friend, now my family and in laws come to her as well, we have done eyebrow threading, cut, colored, and shampooed hair and facials and she also trimmed my son and nephews hair. I have been looking for somewhere to donate my hair and this is the only place I have found!It was $35 for a hair cut,wash,then shipping hair donation to wigs for kids,hair dry and style.They offered a water when I came in and the whole experience was the best salon experience I have ever had.Keli did a great job and was super sweet.I will def be back
The staff is very friendly. It was a nice atmosphere overall. Destiny did my sister’s nose and stomach piercing. She was amazing. She talked her through the whole process and made her feel comfortable. She also went above and beyond to educate her on the healing process. I loved how knowledgeable she was on the topic. I plan on coming back to get a piercing but only if she is there. She is truly amazing!!

I’m on the monthly plan and I got charged on 7/15. Might I add, I’ve never missed a payment. 3 days later I’m charged again for 84.00. No one can explain nothing on why? I requested my money back and didn’t hear back from anyone. Don’t use this company. They used to be really good, but not anymore. I was told they got to talk to management and call me back. No call!

Bayou Dental was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office and I’ve had some good experiences during my lifetime. The saying leadership expresses attitude of the team. The doctor and staff were genuinely friendly, attentive, and concerned. They love our military veterans. The office looks great. Reminds you of a 5 star resort lobby. I can’t wait to go back. Now who says that about their dental office?
My daughter has had two appointments here and they are so friendly. They are always able to calm her down when she is scared. I definitely recommend bringing your kids here.
Got me in quickly. Was able to pre-register online and fill out forms. Courteous staff at front desk. Nurses, aides, dental assistants were so kind and made sure I was comfortable. Dr Doucet was great! He was very informative and couldn't have been more accommodating. I hate going to the dentist but they made my visit very pleasant. I will be going back.

Dr. Graves and Camy did a EXCEPTIONAL job!!! I had a cavity that needed filling, and while other places were quoting me 500 dollars I luckily managed to stumble upon Dr. Graves and he did it for less than half of that amount, not only did he fill my cavity he noticed that another tooth had an issue and he threw a crown on it for me, I am so thankful for that, you can tell that he truly loves what he does and it’s not all about money to him, he is AWESOME!!!! he is the most affordable dentist I have seen in West Monroe/ Monroe, Louisiana area, I am recommending my family members to Dr. Graves and I will defiantly be seeing him the next time I have a issue with my teeth, THANK YOU Dr Graves!!

This place has the most polite workers. I've been having some difficulties, but they are doing all they can to get me to a sacrificed customer. Kya, Tiffany and the lab tech I can't remember her name they are some sweethearts. I was upset and frustrated about my dentures, but the remain calm, polite and sweet. These ladies need a raise because to be gifted to deal with unsatisfied customers is awesome within itself. Going in today I had made up my mind im not going back, but these ladies change my mind because they went over board to make sure I was pleased. They are awesome these are the kind of people that works well with the public. I will go again tell these ladies they're doing a beautiful job.

They reassured me that I was going to leave there feeling wonderful and anxiety would not be an issue after my first visit. True, everything went extremely smooth. Dr. Harvey took things slow and explained everything to me. Gave me, a follow up appointment and plan of action to adjust things gradually. I have been to so many Veterinarian's with our pups!! Two of them have skin issues. Until I found Dr Whitlock at Monroe Animal health the pups suffered from the skin issues. Dr Whitlock put both of our pets on medication and their hair grew back and we are not stressing over hot spots anymore!! I highly recommend Monroe Animal Health Center, Dr Whitlock and all of the Drs working at this facility!! if you truly love your pets give them the Best Dr and Best Medical Facility Monroe Animal Health Center!! The kiddo’s best friend doesn’t even turn around to say bye when they open the door to get him; he walks his waggy tail right on in. Sick lil Gurlie had her first taste of wet food and since here is the only place on the planet that has that kind of food (at least that’s what I told her) I suspect she will be perfectly fine the next time she visits.

By far the best veterinary service around. All of the employees are so kind, and the Vet himself is so pleasant and outstanding. My Piper girl is completely impossible when it comes to a simple nail trim, even more so when it comes to vaccines. He brought her back to us with all nails trimmed perfectly, updated on her shots ; While he was completely covered with bloody scratches on his arms haha. When I apologized for her being so difficult he simply said “Dont you apologize its all part of my job.” It was so easy getting her seen by them and their big hearts make the experience that much more amazing. Would give 6/5 if that was possible!
