The young man who did my service was excellent. He took great care changing the color on my toes. He then had me for my gel manicure. The hand massage was delicious. I would have paid for that alone. He asked several times if I liked the color and was I satisfied how my nails looked. I don't know his name but he really cares if you are happy with the service. Good employee for sure.

I had my eyebrows threaded for the first time and I was nervous but she was very friendly and helped me relax the atmosphere was very calming especially with her taste in music and conversation. It was like talking to your close friend, now my family and in laws come to her as well, we have done eyebrow threading, cut, colored, and shampooed hair and facials and she also trimmed my son and nephews hair. She talked her through the whole process and made her feel comfortable. She also went above and beyond to educate her on the healing process. I loved how knowledgeable she was on the topic. I have used Stanley Steamer in the past to clean my white upholstery and have ALWAYS been satisfied until this last time. I was extremely dissatisfied. I called the office within a couple of hours of the guys leaving expressing my concerns. The lady answering the phone was very understanding. She had the owner come out the next day. He cleaned both of my couches AND cleaned my rug without asking. Everyone I talked to was super friendly and very professional. They go out of their way to satisfy their customers.

I requested my money back and didn’t hear back from anyone. Don’t use this company. They used to be really good, but not anymore. I was told they got to talk to management and call me back. No call!

Bayou Dental was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office and I’ve had some good experiences during my lifetime. The saying leadership expresses attitude of the team. The doctor and staff were genuinely friendly, attentive, and concerned. They love our military veterans. The office looks great. Reminds you of a 5 star resort lobby. I can’t wait to go back. Now who says that about their dental office?
I have been going to Dr Caldwell for about 8-9 years. She is a great dentist and her staff is amazing!!! My children and I love going to her?. She has been and will the best dentist!!! She is very thorough and explains everything that she does. She is going to let you know how to proceed with care if additional care is needed. I thought I was going to have to change dentist when my insurance changed but thank God, my insurance was accepted by her!!! You will be making the best choice by seeing Dr. Caldwell for all of your dental needs!!!

I’ve been a patient of this stellar practice for a couple years. As a disabled veteran, dental options outside of Shreveport are limited, but Dr’s Simpson & Gregory opted to provide veteran services. From day one, every time I’ve walked into the clinic, the entire staff has been welcoming. Never a dismissive remark; on the contrary, there were many times anxiety or other factors interfered with my making an appointment, and their response was one of upstanding and empathy.Oh, and I forgot….they do exceptional dental work with an emphasis on patient comfort. And no, I wasn’t paid to write this. I’m just a satisfied patient of Southern Roots.

Dr. Harvey took things slow and explained everything to me. Gave me, a follow up appointment and plan of action to adjust things gradually. I have been to so many Veterinarian's with our pups!! Two of them have skin issues. Until I found Dr Whitlock at Monroe Animal health the pups suffered from the skin issues. Dr Whitlock put both of our pets on medication and their hair grew back and we are not stressing over hot spots anymore!! I highly recommend Monroe Animal Health Center, Dr Whitlock and all of the Drs working at this facility!! if you truly love your pets give them the Best Dr and Best Medical Facility Monroe Animal Health Center!! By far the best veterinary service around. All of the employees are so kind, and the Vet himself is so pleasant and outstanding. My Piper girl is completely impossible when it comes to a simple nail trim, even more so when it comes to vaccines. He brought her back to us with all nails trimmed perfectly, updated on her shots ; While he was completely covered with bloody scratches on his arms haha. When I apologized for her being so difficult he simply said “Dont you apologize its all part of my job.” It was so easy getting her seen by them and their big hearts make the experience that much more amazing. Would give 6/5 if that was possible!
