I was very pleased with the service I received at Warby Parker (Lakeside Mall). Customer service was excellent, friendly staff, very knowledgeable and welcoming atmosphere. I definitely would recommend my friends and family visit the store.
There were so many options to look at and try on. The manager, Shakira, was so helpful with my purchase. I love that they will make the lenses and mail the glasses to me directly too.
This is a really great company with affordable prices, great customer service, and the staff are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Jasmine was a huge help to me today! Highly recommend going here for all your eyewear needs.
