I visited the store searching for a replacement gear for a tuning machine on my classical guitar and met Greg who sent me home with a handful of possibilities to try on my guitar. What a nice guy! I feel I couldn't have been treated any better if I had been in the market for a $5,000 Martin. Watching Greg work with his customers won my confidence. I know where I'll be bringing my guitar for service from now on. All the rave reviews are right on.
