Customer service is excellent! But couple suggestions that need to be taking care of: 1) Have all your customers pay for the order online, send shipment ticket via email, and etc. to reduce pollution, save them trees, and save the planet. And we all know now a days everything is in the palms of your hands. 2) Your delivery truck needs to have the name of the company because customers won't know if it's LCR or what have you.

I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but I wanted to thank Adam for helping me in a bind. I contacted LCR for an impossible to find part for my water heater. I didn’t even know what the part was called, but Adam knew exactly what I was looking for and gave me the part for free.
