Stella is an amazing instructor! My husband and I went for private dance lessons prior to our daughter's wedding. Stella was knowledgeable and patient. We had a great time with her learning some new moves!

My wife and I ran away on a vacation for two from Tennessee and actually came here for private lessons. Stella and Stephen were​ wonderful!!!! The people who attend here are like family and made us feel at home! We loved it there!!! In one hour they taught us to dance the merenque, the box step and swing dance. We had never danced before coming to the Starlight Ballroom Dance Studio. We recommend it to anyone and everyone no matter your experience. If we are ever able to get away again by ourselves and go to Louisiana, The Starlight Ballroom will be one of our top reasons for returning.

Excellent location in Metairie, this dance school and ball room is also the place where the Israeli Folk Dancers meet every Monday and the International Folk Dancers meet every Thursday. I enjoy participating in Israeli and International folk dancing, and the time is right for me, 7:30 pm to 10:00 pm. Always a good time, with charming and delightful people. Grade: A+.
