The staff was very thorough and helpful. The nursing staff was very compassionate and listened to all of the information given and communicated this to Dr. Cooper The doctor was very professional, attentive and gave a thorough examination. He also explained the options I have with my medical issues. I foresee him being my future ENT.

Dr Cooper reviewed my treatment options and left the choice up to me. I chose surgery and am greatly pleased with the results.
