I have 2 sets of drapes with stains that I was concerned would not be able to be removed. I also had questions about the process of getting those stains out. Russell's employees were super nice with all of my questions and interactions with them. This is the second time I have used them for clearning speciality drapes. Russell's is outstanding.

I did something incredibly stupid by using water to clean leather and left a watermark on an expensive leather sofa. Russell's got the watermark out. They were honest upfront that they had only about a 50% chance of getting the stain out. They worked on it until they got it out; for a very reasonable price and for the amount they quoted. I'm very happy with the experience.
