Great experience! Called and the phone was answered quickly and efficiently. Randy himself came out within hours the same day to figure out and fix the problem. Very friendly, easy to talk to, and charged a fair price that could be paid very conveniently online.
I've called on many AC service vendors over the years and I'm here to say that Randy's Complete Air Conditioning is currently at the top of my list. I first contacted Randy's last year and on very short notice they came out and did the troubleshooting on one of my duplex units, which was then beyond repair and needed a whole new system. Randy's Complete provided multiple AC unit options for installation, and then the selected unit was installed quickly, cleanly, and flawlessly. (I can almost NEVER leave a review with those words!). This year I had a failure on the other duplex unit and again Randy's was able to come out the same day, diagnose, and replace a controller board all in the same day. Randy was even able to work with my home warranty vendor to get the cost covered!! I'd give Randy 6 stars if there was an option!
Randy's Complete Conditioning is by far the best AC Company we have ever used. Quick response and visit, fast diagnosis, fast repair! Our whole visit, changing a switch and a wire, plus checking out the whole system, was $200. Highest recommendation!!!Service: Repair HVAC
