I went in for a soak off and new dip powder application. Had never been here before. I'm traveling and I knew I was taking my chances. I do like how they soaked my nails off, very gentle. I wanted a dip powder application without cutting my nails too short because I like the length but the manicurist really didn't care what I wanted so I let her do a gel polish ( that won't last) and cut my nails down (I told her I liked them longer) but they just opened up and were short staffed and started getting really busy. Great experience! I chose a dipping powder full set that I have never tried before, each finger has a different style, so I needed some advice from the staff and they gave me very interesting suggestions and it worked....... read full review
New to the Metairie area and decided to try this nail salon, I was the only customer in there at the time, didn't really feel welcome but liked my nails until a week later started breaking off and polish ( gel) pealed off one of my toes. Back to square one trying to find another nail salon, not to mention paid 95.00 price was ridiculous. Not even time for a refill.but have to go and get 3 of my nails replaced.
