Lydia is so professional and hands down, literally, provides the best massage for relaxation, release and recovery from workouts. There is no cleaner, more professional or better massage - anywhere. She is a master at her craft and every massage is fantastic.

Both my husband and I have been to Lydia for therapeutic massages prior to my last visit. Best massage I’ve ever had, hands down. However, the last time I made an appointment it was bc my lower back had been giving me a lot of trouble after long hours on my feet. She located the source of my pain in my fascia and worked it out.
